I’m back.  Well, no, I didn’t go anywhere; I just took one of those unannounced mini-breaks.  Sometimes you need to get away, and sometimes you wonder why you stayed away for so long.   (I think I just paraphrased a Carrie quote from SATC.)  Picked up this silk floral dress from the Zara August collection on Saturday.  It’s perfect to wear for Sunday brunch or to traverse down countless aisles at the Pasadena City College Flea Market, which I did yesterday.  If you’re looking for another worthwhile LA flea market to check out, definitely head to the PCC one, held every first Sunday of each month.  Um, excuse me, but where did July go?  I hate when I feel as if time is just passing me by.  The only plus?  The notion of wearing my loose-fitting, oversized sweaters again is at the forefront of my brain as I revisit Fall RTW collections.

  2. Are you coming to Texas soon? Cus you look like your waiting to frolic in the prairie & run with the horses! That’s of course what I do on a regular basis since I’m from Texas, totally kidding!
Btw I love your hair & the length it looks so shiny & healthy!

Hahahaha – I couldn’t help but wonder if…you were channeling Carrie. I almost bought shortie cowboy boots but then didn’t because I thought I’d never wear them and now I wish I had! Because yours look so cute and now I’m jealous!

The hair is fabulous!! It suits you well… I like that it’s not a drastic change, but it makes you look twice.
And the boots are so very Dolce and Gabbana. I can see them with tulle skirts, denim shirts and more of these lovely dresses :)

And, to answer your question re: moving – I’m back home for the next month. Circumstances made it so that we both moved back. But now, we’re suuuuuper ready to move out. I’ll definitely keep you updated and let you know when and where we move!

Gorgeous vest and dress Becs!! (Ha, I got your name correct!). So sorry about that!! I’ve been so caught up with work that I couldn’t update my blog for a while and return comments. I’ve been really tired and sleepy as well but hopefully I’ll be back to posting soon. I haven’t bought anything from Topshop at all; I couldn’t find anything I like enough but I was very tempted by a pair of lace shorts last night though..haha. Have a great day Becs!! Talk to you soon! xoxoxoxoxoxoo
