That feeling you get when the last thing you put on ties your whole look together. SMALL VICTORIES, people. In this case, I have my new CCXVI wool cap to thank for making this look feel complete after deciding to go with burgundy platforms. And yes, I have started quite the cap collection now! Two years ago I was all about floppy hats, buying them left and right, and now I’m seriously into caps. Go figure.

So, I’m in love with those shoes. Like swooning/drooling in love…so perfect. I don’t know how you manage to incorporate baseball caps so seamlessly into your looks but they always work – and look incredible. Gorgeous!

P.S. My favorite brand of Top Coat is Sephora X Shine Top Coat { http://bit.ly/Y9JECm } – it is absolutely incredible, and keeps the polish from chipping {at least from my experience}. As for nail polish brands – I find that China Glaze and Essie last the longest {as long as you are using base coat – I recommend Essie First Base Base Coat – http://bit.ly/Y9JQle }. IF you don’t have time to do a base coat, color, and top coat, you need to pick up Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure { http://bit.ly/Y7jhyV } – in any color. It has built-in base, color, and top coat, so you just need to swipe on two coats and you’re good to go. It’s definitely ideal for people who don’t always have the time or patience to do their nails – and it’s long-lasting. :D
