don’t call it a comeback

Here are a few things I’ve been romping around in lately. I’ve posted some of these photos on my Instagram. With the unseasonably warm temperatures we’ve been experiencing in Los Angeles, my ‘summer’ wardrobe blends seamlessly in with fall. Currently getting my hands on any and all slip dresses. Pretty sure I’ve added at least five to my closet in the last few weeks. Wearing:

Asos maxi dress (now on sale)

Denim jumper via Pixie Market (sold out) / American Apparel striped crop top / Zara boots

Blu Moon 2-slit halter dress / Free People hat

One Teaspoon shredded jeans

Zara slip dress / Moto crop jacket via Nasty Gal

Blu Moon romper

Reformation Ten Levis Denim Jacket

American Apparel vintage top

Funktional varsity jacket, American Apparel turban headband

Asos leopard coat, Pixie Market blue hat

Trying to get my blogging mojo back. Because sometimes you just need to get away… and when you return, you wonder why you stayed away so long. Yes, I straight jacked that out of a SATC episode. While it’s been difficult to keep up with outfit posts, here are a few snaps of what I’ve been wearing lately.

Reformation Ten jacket / BDG jeans / Pencey of Dolce Vita boots

American Apparel vintage top / H&M skirt / Pixie Market flats / Zara bag

Funktional varsity jacket / Zara slip dress / Inking Pot boots via Pixie Market / American Apparel twist scarf

Asos leopard coat / hat via Pixie Market

CCXVI anchor cap, peplum skirt

CCXVI anchor cap, red cross body bag, peplum skirt, herringbone jacket

Mango jacket / American Apparel crop top / Zara skirt & bag / Pixie Market shoes (sold out) / CCXVI cap

That feeling you get when the last thing you put on ties your whole look together. SMALL VICTORIES, people. In this case, I have my new CCXVI wool cap to thank for making this look feel complete after deciding to go with burgundy platforms. And yes, I have started quite the cap collection now! Two years ago I was all about floppy hats, buying them left and right, and now I’m seriously into caps. Go figure.
