YOU know how mostly everything is better WITH bacon? Metaphorically speaking about style, my bacon would be leopard print and anything with leather sleeves. They just make my outfits THAT much better.
Loving the minimalistic nature of a basic ankle strap, slingback with these Zara shoes. And of course, they now come in RED. Usually steer away from ordering the same style in a different color, but these may become another one of those exceptions to the rule.

When the weather is piss poor and downpouring, what better way to make it a bit bearable than to wear one of your favorite leopard print, leather sleeve jackets?
Despite the rainy Sunday, my weekend was one of the more recent memorable ones, especially since it kicked off so well with the Mango shopping party I hosted on Friday. Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by. Amazing times! Can’t wait to share the fun photos.

No lies, I’m pretty obsessed with these Senso Haydin leather boots. Remember when I wrote about them HERE? On Saturday, I headed to LF Stores in the mindset that I was going to pull the trigger on the LF Stores x Senso Haydin leopard print boots. But then practicality hit me on the right side of my head and I went with the black leather pair instead. And yes, I am definitely having a menswear-inspired moment.
Thanks to the amazing Courtney, owner of L.A. Vintage Exchange, I scored this boxy 80′s-esque hot pink number for less than the cost of my go-to Coffee Bean Malibu Dream drink. As chronicled here, rarely do I wear heels. You know when people say there’s nothing worse than a girl who can’t walk in heels. Well, I’m borderline THAT girl. Lucky for me, I found these comfy heels on sale for $30 at Zara this weekend, perfectly fitting for my rusty-walking-in-heels-self.
This post is dedicated to my mom who called me yesterday from NJ just to scold me about posting photos of shoes for two days in a row. Here’s my outfit post, mom! Happy now? Love you.
I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles. ~ Audrey Hepburn
If studs and leopard print are on their way out the trend door, I clearly missedchose not to read the memo since this is a sampling of what I’ve worn over the past few weekends… sans coat. And hey, if you want to save some money and a trip to the tailor to get your tad-too-long skirt hemmed, try tying a knot in the front (or even on the side/back) for an easy solution (as seen above with my American Apparel skirt).
Special thanks for the love this week (Xo!):
I haven’t said it in awhile, but thank you for continuing to swing on by! Hope you have a fun weekend, loveys!
